WHAT IS COVERED?
ICY SHIELD GLASS LLC ("ICY Shield Glass") warrants that its product listed below (the "Product") will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the period listed below (the "Limited Warranty Period").
WHAT IS HASSLE-FREE?
No need to send the product back to us and then wait a long time before you get your new one. No complicated terms of what's covered and what's not. It is simple and hassle-free, if the ICY Shield Glass becomes defective, broken, damaged, or normal wear and tear under NORMAL USE; we will replace it for free, just pay for shipping & handling.
WHAT IS NORMAL USE?
Normal use is the usage of any of our products for its intended purpose.

WHO IS COVERED?
This limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. You must create an account to have your product registered. If you already had an account when you placed the order, then your product is automatically registered.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

Use of the Product other than its intended purpose

Misuse, mishandling, abuse, or other abnormal use

Damage caused by improper repair or maintenance

Product that has been modified or altered

Any product that is not purchased from ICY Shield Glass
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
Warranty claims must be made directly to ICY Shield Glass. For customer assistance please email us: warranty@icyshieldglass.com Below are the steps to submit a claim:
- Take a clear picture of the back, front, left side, and right side of the Product.
- Send images to warranty@icyshieldglass.com using the same email you used to register for an account.
- Within 24-48 hours, we will send a confirmation of approval or denial.
- If approved, you will receive an invoice to confirm the new replacement and provide payment for the shipping and handling.
- Once you receive the new product, toss out your old one and enjoy your new one.
SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this limited warranty, and Fire Frost Tech's sole and entire liability is, at ICY Shield Glass's option, to replace the defective Product. If the Product was purchased directly from our on-line store, you may request a refund for the purchase price of the defective Product if your claim is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Replacement shall be made at ICY Shield Glass’s expense excluding Shipping and Handling costs. ICY Shield Glass reserves the right to send you a replacement Product that is the same or of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement Products will be furnished only on an exchange basis. Replacement Products are warranted (as specified above) for the remainder of the original applicable Product Limited Warranty Period.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
Except as expressly set forth above, each Product is provided solely on an "AS IS" basis and ICY Shield Glass makes no other warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICY Shield Glass specifically disclaims and excludes all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If such disclaimer of any implied warranty is not permitted by law, the duration of any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the Product warranty period of the limited warranty as set forth above. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation on how long as implied warranty may last, so such limitations may not apply to customer.If applicable law specifies a minimum Product warranty period that is longer than the Product warranty period set forth in the Limited Warranty, then the Product warranty period for Products subject to such applicable law shall be conformed to the minimum period so required. This warranty gives customer specific legal rights and customer may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall ICY Shield Glass or its authorized suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of the use of the Product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, or loss of use of the Product or any third party products that are used in or with the Product, even if ICY Shield Glass has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ICY Shield Glass or other personal property that are in the Products, including, without limitation, laptops, cell phones, smartphones, tablets, MP3 players, DVD players or handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of ICY Shield Glass and any of its authorized suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Product. Some states and/or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
